Hi,

We are developing a new XML application called Molecular Dynamics Language
( MoDL ; pronounced as Model). MoDL provides simple constructs like atom,
bond, molecule and TRANSLATE that mark-up the simulation data. For
visualizations MoDL file it is converted into VRML.
