I am happy to announce '99 XML WWW page contest in Japan.  
The application deadline is 1 October 1999.  The lucky winner 
will get 500,000 yen (1 USD = 120 yen) on 12 November 1999.

Anybody can apply, but the XML WWW page and its documetation 
*must* be written in Japanese.  If written in other languages, 
they will not be reviewed.
