we do have a version of MSXML.DLL with XML-Data Schema support available for IE4. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/tools/xmlparser/xmlparser.asp This is the IE5 XML DLL -- but a few browser specific things do not work in IE4 - like the XML Viewer. I know of only two currently-shipping parsers that support it: Microsoft's and Data Channels. The W3C XML Activity has a working group looking into the design of a new schema language.
