Is there any difference between <!ATTLIST foo xml:link CDATA FIXED "simple"> versus <!ATTLIST foo xml:link (simple) "simple"> In the first case I define an attribute xml:link to have a CDATA type that is fixed at the value "simple". In the second case I define an attribute xml:link to have an enumeration type with one possible value, and it defaults to that one value.
