What publicly available software uses the XML schema languages (XSchema,
DCD, SOX, XML-Data)? I am curious about general schema tools, such as
converters and validators, and software that uses a schema language, such
as parsers and editors.

The only software I am aware of is:
* JUMBO: uses XSchema to drive editing
* Microsoft/DataChannel parser: uses XML-Data to expose DTD information
