If I have the following:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<html:html xmlns:html="http://namespaceplace.com/html1.dtd">
	<html:head><html:title>Title</html:title></html:head>
	<html:body xmlns:html="http://namespaceplace.com/html2.dtd">
	Hello World
	</html:body>
</html:html>

The html:body is in the namespace http://namespaceplace.com/html2.dtd,
correct?
