Please do not use this list for personal messages and try to keep the
bandwidth down. I am now charged for:
	- the connect charge
	- the ISP charge
	- transatlantic data traffic

Yesterday someone (kindly, but unnecessarily) mailed me a large executable
I didn't want. 

All of this costs me and many other list members real personal money.
