There's an overview of Netscape's v.5 plans on their Mozilla site,
http://www.mozilla.org/rdf/doc/xml.html
(you can probably find marketing PR blurb on their netscape.com site
too...) I don't think v4.5 has much except the rdf-based smartbrowsing
'related links' system.
