You can use MSXML as a COM component, especially the one that comes with
IE5.  The API for the one that comes with IE4 looks a little goofy.  I've
gotten to the IE5 one from VB (so far) and it's very nice.

I have no idea how SAXish the interface is or how it differs from other
parser interfaces, yet.
