Simon,

What's the current proposal for associating an instance document with an
external XSchema document that is to be used by a parser to validate that
instance document?  Is there a proposed element or processing instruction
that the instance document should include, or is it expected that the
XSchema document will be given to the parser separately (or else included
within the instance document)?
