Should we add elements (or attributes) for MIME type or recommended file 
extension?  It seems like it would make maintaining libraries of XML documents 
a lot easier.  Defaults could be "application/xml" and ".xml".

Any thoughts?  Writing this up is interesting - the issues kind of leap out.
