I feel that XSchema should have its own namespace, that its DTD should
embed a namespace qualifier in element type names and that when and if it
has an "import" mechanism other than general entities, that mechanism
should support automatic namespace remapping (e.g. your foo:bar could be
called baz:bar in my document).
