Hi all,
Does the James Clark's expat parser use external DocType
declarations , what i mean is something like this
	
	<!DOCTYPE test SYSTEM "test.dtd">
	
Does it do parameter entity substitution if it does and also
General Entity substitution?? So far i have been unable to observe this
using the expat parser!!!

Any help ?
