I am quite happy with the current working draft of the namespace mechanism.  
Although I am not entirely happy, I would say I am happier with the namespace 
than I am with XML 1.0.  It is true that many issues are remaining and they are 
left to the schema extension, but the namespace extension is a great step, 
as I see it.
