TagNet is my name for a distributed registry of document metadata for
semantic interoperability.  There are already several projects in progress
with similar goals: one being eRegistry by CommerceNet.

I would like to hear from participants in those projects regarding XSD since
they are probably suffering the most from weaknesses in DTD.
