Absolutely correct. I just spent quarters of hours with a small example
which contained German Umlaute (&auml; ...) and I had to switch to
ISO-8859-1 to avoid Aelfred's fatal remark :-)

After the change Aelfred parsed the document(s) flawlessly ...
